Corporate Governance
Nordic Modular’s operation is run exclusively through its subsidiaries. The role of the parent company is to coordinate and develop business outside of the subsidiaries’ current field of activity. The company structure serves to define the enterprise's different product ranges, business models and areas of focus. There are currently three subsidiaries, each of which is responsible for its area of operation: Temporent, Flexator and Nordic Modular Leasing.
Written instructions govern the managing director's responsibilities and authorisation vis á vis the board. At the group level, supervision and control is exercised primarily with the help of financial reporting systems and through the board’s work within the subsidiaries. At the subsidiary level, administrative supervision and control is exercised, inter alia, with the help of certified management systems for quality and environment as well as written authorisations and decisions.
