Nordic Modular’s operation is run exclusively through its subsidiaries: Temporent, Flexator and Nordic Modular Leasing. While Sweden remains the primary market, our operation also extends to Norway and Denmark.
Temporent rents out temporary modular arrangements with primary focus on offices, schools and preschools. The modular systems are sophisticated enough to offer our customers certain advantages over our competitors.
Flexator manufactures and sells a variety of buildings; from permanent professional buildings of an advanced nature to site huts. We focus on providing customers with relocatable buildings of our own design with the cost benefits they offer. So called catalogue houses.
Nordic Modular Leasing offers Flexator’s Swedish customers a means to lease relocatable buildings long-term; some conditions apply. Buildings in leasing contracts terminated by the customer are rented out again or sold used to new customers. Through Hagtornet, relocatable student residences are rented out in volume primarily to educational institutions.
